Dr. Albaugh was on time and performed the vein surgery in half an hour. His expertise was evident. His nurse was very skilled and assisted precisely. I would also like to commend the officer staff for their help in assisting and explaining the procedure. This is an exceptional group.

As with any new medical procedure I am a little nervous because, i know nothing about medical procedures. After asking several questions and the doctor explaining things as he was working i felt comfortable enough that I felt like taking a nap during the procedure.

Ultrasound tech not very friendly, MA did inform me I was having an ultrasound done, however was just moved to a different room told to wait, when the tech came in I asked if ultrasound was on one leg or both legs, she replied with, did you just one one leg? I looked at her and said, just asking because I was never given information regarding the ultrasound, she then replied with”oh I’m sorry” wasn’t aware the doctor hadn’t seen you yet to explain or give more details. .

My experience was fantastic. Everybody was friendly knowledgeable very informative. Make sure I understood what was going on before I left and I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated. Everybody was great. I would definitely recommend for anyone to come here.
